THE BENEFITS OF A SUCCESSFUL MATCHING ARE VERY CONCRETE FOR CANDIDATES
Stable employment in Canada. Permits are issued for periods of one, two or three years, allowing foreign workers to become familiar with their new living and working environment and to transfer their know-how to the company.
Identical treatment for all employees. Quebec’s labor standards rules (and the equivalent in other provinces and territories) apply to both local and foreign workers as well as employers.
Access to the Permanent Residence. The company can apply for renewal of the work permit if the foreign worker gives satisfaction and there is still a shortage in the area of expertise of the worker. He may even support his application for permanent residence, if applicable. A foreign worker may choose to become a permanent resident if he or she has a proven track record of working abroad and is willing to settle in the long term. In this case, the procedures are simplified and accelerated. It’s the easiest and fastest way to get a permanent residence in Canada!
The family can come too. The foreign worker can bring his immediate family members for the same period as the validity of his work permit. His spouse and children can obtain visitor cards, study permits or open work permits (not attached to a specific employer).
CONDITIONS TO RESPECT
Candidates who want to benefit from this very advantageous program must demonstrate that they have the appropriate training and skills when applying for a position or sending us their resume. Canadian companies are looking for qualified candidates for the types of jobs offered. A background check will be done if you are selected for an interview. Theoretical and / or practical tests may also be required to verify the skills of a candidate.
Being able to communicate in one of Canada’s two official languages, French and English, is an undeniable advantage for any candidate. These are the languages by which Canadian companies generally communicate in the normal course of business.
Any candidate who offers false information for all documentation relating to them will be automatically and permanently removed from our Matchmaking program.
